Illegal Immigrant 19 year old Israel Christopher Flores-Ortiz was reportedly enrolled as an 11th-grade student at a local Fairfax County high school. He is accused of repeatedly groping and assaulting multiple female students in crowded hallways, creeping up behind them to grab them between the legs.
Following his arrest for nine counts of assault, ICE lodged a detainer to take him into federal custody for deportation. However, because Fairfax County operates under "sanctuary" policies, there are major concerns that he could be released back into the community before ICE can act.
