I don't want to wave this away, but 0.6g/L is legal in Canada, and not drunk as such.
(And note, in Canada we measure per 100mL, so people will be more familiar with a limit of 0.08 - it took me a second to realize the measurement was different.)

BILD reports that #CanMNT captain Alphonso Davies was pulled over just after 2:00 am for driving drunk in a Lamborghini.
He was measured 0.6 g/l of blood (the legal limit being set at 0.5 for experienced drivers)
Could lose license for 1 month.

I love that Sartini is properly dedicated to making the world a better place, and isn't in soccer to make himself look good. He's not slick, he's not a big self-promoter, he's just a guy who loves what he does. If his team was shit, he would say as much. He'll be missed.
