It might be an unpopular opinion but unpopular opinions are quite often popular opinions while popular opinions can be unpopular with people who normally have unpopular opinions and whose opinions are not normally popular.

We literally don't care. If we are interested in your book we will buy it when it comes out regardless of what the cover looks like.
And if we're not, the cover won't change our minds.

Some people don't like to type swear words out fully (for some bizarre reason) but if you take out random words on a meme, people will have no idea what it's about. π€·ββοΈπ€¦ββοΈ
I've seen people remove letters when typing words like 'kill' or 'dead' or 'sex' and it makes no s*nse. π
