Is it time for a refresher?
Like any skill in life, you need to practice it in order to maintain it. Thatβs why after completing any CPR or basic life support training, you should do a refresher course at least once every 12 months.

Back to school means new learning, but for many students, that doesnβt include CPR.
Although itβs on the curriculum, thereβs no system to ensure training is delivered. It's time to change that.

Why? In countries where CPR is taught in schools, survival rates are up to 3x higher.
