A huge congratulations to @Caio_Bowen for completing @DragonsBackRace Hatchling this weekend! From Monday-Saturday he ran over 135 miles starting at Conwy Castle and finishing in Cardiff Castle. Da iawn Caio!

It was a busy weekend for our triathletes! @bigmoosetweets held their annual supertri on Sunday and our members had a brilliant day volunteering! There was also plenty of running at our festive trail run and of course, the Christmas pudding run!

Cardiff Triathletes would like to offer our condolences to the family and friends of triathlete Lucy John, who was killed while riding her bike.
We are deeply saddened to hear this news as Lucy was, as many of us do each weekend, just riding her bike.
