π¨ BREAKING: Bishop Pierre Roy has announced that he will consecrate Transalpine Redemptorist founder and rector major @FrMichaelMary a bishop on July 25 at their community on Papa Stronsay.

- "He will be consecrated in the absence of an apostolic mandate, since the See of Rome is clearly occupied by the enemies of God. But Christ, the invisible head of the Church and source of all jurisdiction, can, and He certainly will in the limits of the present necessities of the Church, in the absence of a true Supreme Pontiff, so that he may shepherd the scattered flock that will recognize him as a Catholic bishop."

Pope Leo XIV on the upcoming SSPX Episcopal Consecrations:
βI am considering making another appeal saying don't do this, let's try to live the communion of the Church. But it's their choice. One must realize what it means for them and for the Church. Certainly, the division among Christians is a painful point. However, they refuse to accept some fundamental elements of the Church, starting with several points from the Second Vatican Council. If they make that decision, I'm sorry but we have to move on.β

When Nick Cavasos eventually publicly leaves the Catholic Church, he will blame Trads and Sedes in particular (you watch), even though it seems pretty evident he has never understood what Catholic faith is.
As you can see here, he wonβt become Orthodox because it go against what he personally believes concerning Western historical theology. It has nothing to do with the truth God has revealed in his Holy Catholic Church, only his personal convictions
