My 6th Autumn , again I question, can I do another winter? Transitioning to Autumn always really hard. Recent drop of 4 deg in 5 days is abrupt.Felt a resistance to going but know I feel great after.Acclimation on a daily basis. Now 2.5k a day. Can’t give in.@Brockwell_Lido

Today we're launching our campaign for a proper pool programme. We want @Fusion_LS to listen to customers & get the summer timetable running - full pool, late opening. Users are tired of lane & pool closures. It's not fair on them & not fair on lido staff to take the heat for it.

Why @Fusion_LS is there still only half a pool available and a shocking lack of lifeguards @Brockwell_Lido .
And now our only constant/ stalwart lifeguard has left.
But you still charge members full whack for half a service!

Beautiful Wolf Moon Morning @BrockwellLido 5.1 water & 1 deg air. Managed 1.2k swim fairly calmly but OMG!! The recovery was brutal!!! Still trying for the #icemile. But do realise getting out will need poolside assistance.@WildSwimBrother @juliewreynolds1 #icemiletraining

Radical temp changes to kick off January. I went from 1.8 k on 3/1 @ 11.4 to 1k on 6/1 @7.4 plus air temp only -1. Hard to be consistent with my #icemile training.
