🎉 I’m thrilled to announce that I have officially completed my Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from Liberty University! After years of rigorous coursework, dedicated research, and balancing life’s demands, I successfully defended my dissertation and earned my Ed.D. This milestone marks the culmination of a challenging yet deeply rewarding journey focused on advancing educational leadership and practice. I’m especially grateful to my dissertation committee, advisor, faculty at Liberty University, and the entire support network of family, friends, and colleagues who encouraged me every step of the way. Your prayers, patience, and belief in me made this achievement possible. Shoutout to South Oak Cliff. Two years in a row, you’ve knocked us out of the playoffs in humbling fashion, and we have to tip the cap out of respect. Coach Todd @SOCFootball1 and his staff do an incredible job preparing their kids to play, week in and week out. For anyone wondering, they’re coaching at the Mecca. Too often people say they “just have athletes,” but let me tell you from firsthand experience: they have much more than athletes. They’re being coached, and coached very well. SOC has been setting the standard in 5A-II for half a decade. Respect. ✊🏾
