So I was injured October 24 with a broken foot. The rehabilitation has been slow and daunting, but I pushed through. Now I am feeling 100%, I have a renewed focus and determination to be ready for the next stage! 310lbs Squat and feeling great! I will be throwing on Saturday with @QBMotion in North Van if there are any @UofTBluesFB receivers home this weekend. Reach out on our team chat!
Today at Potters Church, I said yes to following Jesus. Yes to belonging to something bigger than my mistakes or my best days. Grateful beyond words for grace that still finds me.
Lots of work today with Roy Gillespie at Movement Okanagain. I started running today and threw with Nolan Ulm. This is the first time I have thrown since my injury. I'm just pushing myself to get better every single day.
