Thanks @YotesFootball for putting on a great camp. My first camp since the hamstring injury.
Ran a 4.6 —hand timed.
Got a lot of quality reps at QB. Appreciate the feedback and coaching from @coachB_Taylor it was great meeting you.
Wrapped up my third semester with another 4.0 ‼️
Put in the work, stayed focused, and it paid off. Grateful for the lessons, the growth, and everyone who helped along the way. Time to enjoy summer workouts and get ready for what’s next 🏈📈
Qualified for state in all 4 of my track events.. But with my hamstring injury - I wasn’t able to compete at region or state.
Junior season PRs
10.8 —100m
22.3 —200m
I’ve already hit my goal of 200 lbs by fall—Only up from here! 📈
Missing out on State bc of an injury definitely sucks- esp. after putting in all the work. But one thing track has taught me is that speed, explosiveness, discipline, & mental toughness all transfer over into football. The grind doesn’t stop—just a different lane for now! PR’s —
Hamstring setback ❤️🩹 but getting after PT & recovery—thanks to all my coaches & teachers who have reached out to me. Means a lot. Trusting the process ⏳
Grateful for the Junior Day invite—track comes first this weekend. Looking forward to getting up there for a spring practice soon. Thank you Coach Blevins for the
opportunity 🙏🏽

Broke the school record in the 100m - but it’s back to work. No days off when you’ve got bigger goals. Records don’t mean anything if you stop there. In the weight room getting it in, staying hungry. Still chasing more 📈

📚 Proud to be STUDENT of the MONTH! Student before athlete. not always easy balancing both, but the work behind the scenes is worth it 💯… thankful for teachers & administrators who see my hard work & dedication! 🙌🏼
