Yes, it's a Friday, but...we are announcing TWO bi-coastal Foreign Trade-Zone warehouses to help brands deter duties and optimize cash flows with the Executive Order suspending de minimis across all countries. Our facilities are in: - California - Pennsylvania And maybe more to come. :) FTZs turn “pay duty on arrival” to “pay duty on sale” so merchants unlock impactful leverage right now, as they can pull forward revenue, protect margin, and de-risk their operations. While the De Minimis Defense Program is available to all brands impacted by the EO, the FTZs is a ShipBob Plus perk! My DMs are open...

Breaking today! De minimis is over globally, effective August 29th! We are here to help and have helped massive brands move in less than two weeks. That includes going live on both 1) operations (receiving and distributing inventory, stowing, shipping out) and 2) technology (integrations to solutions like Shopify Plus, Netsuite, SPS Commerce, etc.). My DMs are open.

One year ago, we launched a bold experiment: What if there was a real social network for business leaders? No self-promo. No influencer fluff. Just verified operators helping each other win. Now? 20,000 verified members. But that’s not what I’m most proud of...

Church & Dwight is acquiring Touchland for up to $880M. The deal includes $700M in cash & stock along with a potential earnout of $180M. Touchland's TTM net sales through March 31, 2025 were approximately $130M. EBITDA for the same period was an impressive $55M. Touchland is now the fastest growing brand in the hand sanitizer category in the U.S. Hats off to Andrea Lisbona for creating a category and knocking it out of the park.

In a very positive way, the U.S. retail system is built on speed and scale. But when that engine stutters, whether from tariffs, customs delays, or sourcing constraints, it’s the lowest-margin, fastest-moving goods that disappear first. From toys & games to apparel & cheaper electronics, there's going to be a squeeze within certain categories. Fortunately some categories like health & wellness and beauty should be able to navigate the current chaos much more smoothly. cnbc.com/2025/04/24/unsustai…
