I’ve booked countless trips through @Hotwire including one next month with my brother-in-law who died unexpectedly on Tuesday. This is how long I waited on hold today before being disconnected. 1 hour & 18 minutes and then it just hung up. Unacceptable.

Again, stopped on the 1-lane road that’s taken down to one-WAY daily, while the other exit from here has been closed for 2.5 years. Could one not have been done before the other @STLCounty ? @CityofMH ? Ignoring Prichard Farm is not just an inconvenience, it’s a safety issue.

First, @STLCounty DOT refuses to repair & reopen Prichard Farm, now Creve Coeur Mill Rd is torn apart from hwy 141 to St. Charles Rock Rd. So, we’re just making sure people in that area can’t leave the neighborhood or get emergency help? Hope I don’t have a 🔥 @PattonvilleFire

Accident Reconstruction has responded to the scene and will be handling the investigation. A child who was a passenger of one of the vehicles has died. All eastbound lanes of I-70 will remain closed at Grand. Please avoid the area.
