So there we have it, Ofwat capitulates yet again to Thames Water.
Today was supposed to be D-Day for TW's to appeal their latest bill increase. They wanted a 59% increase, they got 35%.
Ofwat has now agreed to postpone that deadline indefinitely.
No wonder Ofwat are getting abolished, no wonder Defra have announced their sad little fines consultation today.

I’m certainly no place kicker - interesting that the kicking tee for the vital conversion was placed 2m further towards touchline from where try was scored, making the kick a tighter angle? Do kickers do that purposefully?
