So there we have it, Ofwat capitulates yet again to Thames Water.
Today was supposed to be D-Day for TW's to appeal their latest bill increase. They wanted a 59% increase, they got 35%.
Ofwat has now agreed to postpone that deadline indefinitely.
No wonder Ofwat are getting abolished, no wonder Defra have announced their sad little fines consultation today.
