"Thames Water delays challenging watchdog’s ruling on bills amid rescue plan." So there we have it, Ofwat capitulates yet again to Thames Water. Today was supposed to be D-Day for TW's to appeal their latest bill increase. They wanted a 59% increase, they got 35%. Ofwat has now agreed to postpone that deadline indefinitely. No wonder Ofwat are getting abolished, no wonder Defra have announced their sad little fines consultation today. standard.co.uk/business/busi…

Epic finish. I’m certainly no place kicker - interesting that the kicking tee for the vital conversion was placed 2m further towards touchline from where try was scored, making the kick a tighter angle? Do kickers do that purposefully?

This is awful from the referee/officials. More very poor stuff. Scotland still should have won, though. No getting away from that.

Writing a children’s book and naming the main, cuddly character after a London mainline station has done an incredible amount of PR for the Paddington area. Imagine if the bear had been called Euston.
