NEW: North Fort Worth teen caught on Ring camera chasing and shooting dogs with gel bullets A homeowner in North Fort Worth is asking for help identifying a young teen seen cruelly chasing and shooting two dogs with gel bullets (“Gellets”). Ring camera footage shows the teen relentlessly firing at the terrified dogs as they try to hide. He is seen getting on his knees to shoot underneath an SUV at one dog trying to take cover. On Wednesday afternoon 25-year-old Caitlin Stup was on her way to work at Sweetgreen in Houston when Brayden Smith boarded the bus and spotted gang rival Patrick Scott. Smith was out on probation for attempting to commit aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. Scott was out on reduced bond for aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon. They began shooting at each other (with guns they're not legally allowed to have). They missed each other entirely and instead shot Caitlin in the head—killing her.
