@HiltonHotels shocking service at Hilton Windhoek. We booked and paid for a wheelchair accessible room. On arrival I get given an inaccessible room. Cant shower can’t use toilet. Manager says sorry I understand but……shocking behaviour
@HiltonHotels apparently there are 3 accessible rooms which were given to people who didn’t need it but when I arrived they said sorry we can’t ask them to move. Yet we booked and paid for my room weeks ago. Shocking service
@AbsaSouthAfrica your finance of cars department or rules is crazy. I asked to change debit order dates because my salary now is changing but you want me to show you 3 months bank statements with the change in salary date. How do you even function.
@TelkomZA I go into a store to close my account, I do it with a consultant and now after over a year I get sent a letter from your lawyers saying I haven’t paid my account. If I closed it how do I have one to pay. You obviously didn’t close it.
Received the best service ever this morning at the check in desks by Baitiri Seleka fromSouth African Airways. She went through leaps and bounds to make sure my new Segway wheelchair was checked in and safe!! @flySAA_US
