Thank you #hedgewatch and all celebrating Alfie's life. He had 17 and a half wonderful years with us and was loved and cherished every single day. He was born under a hedge to a feral mum, rescued by Cats Protection UK, adopted by us at 8 weeks old, and lived happily ever after.

3/3 Alfie didn't suffer and the vet helped him pass, with great dignity and gentleness. We were with him the whole time, surrounding him with love. He was calm and knew no fear. We will miss him forever. We are heartbroken, but know we did our very best for him.

2/3 Alfie was in end stage kidney failure, and had hyperthyroidism which was being treated successfully. Last night he had a stroke and could no longer walk, so we knew it was time to set him free.

Very sad news. Farewell old friend.
Feb 13
Palmerston, Diplocat extraordinaire, passed away peacefully on 12 February. โPalmyโ was a special member of the Government House team in Bermuda, and a much loved family member. He was a wonderful companion, with a gentle nature, and will be sorely missed.
