A few days ago, Seaspan officially delivered the Offshore Oceanographic Science Vessel, CCGS Naalak Nappaaluk, to Canadian Coast Guard. It's fourth large vessel, and second class of ship, to be built by Seaspan under National Shipbuilding Strategy. But still waiting for JSS.

Interesting to see that last week, Cdn Minister of Defence officially established Cdn Joint Forces Command (CJFC), designed to strengthen leadership, coordination and accountability for joint military capabilities across the CAF. Reflects shift toward integrated defence ops.
