The sidewalks in this area need improvements. The increase in vehicle traffic due to the new traffic pattern from the 183 project make that area much more dangerous for pedestrians and bicycle riders. The city should upgrade the sidewalk and the bike lane to meet the new demand.

When people drive through floodwaters, the wake they cause pushes water into places it wouldn't go if their vehicles hadn't created the wake. Don't drive in floodwaters, especially near structures. If you have to drive, go as slowly as possible -- 5 mph is too fast.
