As headmaster, he hired then 21-year-old Jeffrey Epstein to teach math and science at the elite private school. You’ll recall, Bill Barr was Attorney General under President Trump in 2019 when Epstein died under suspicious circumstances where he was found hanging in a cell and the cameras pointed at the cell were just coincidentally not working at the time of his death. However, Bill Barr didn’t recuse himself from the so called “investigation” he claimed he would carry out when Epstein was found dead from “suicide” (yeah right) in his jail cell while Barr was AG. The new Trump appointed AG, Pam Blondi, penned a 2018 op-ed in the Orlando Sentinel titled “Bill Barr Will Help President Trump Fulfill the America First Agenda as Attorney General.” However, former Attorney General William Barr’s tenure drew criticism from Trump supporters for his refusal to investigate alleged irregularities in the 2020 election. Barr has also publicly stated on multiple occasions that he believes Trump lost the 2020 election, a stance at odds with many in the MAGA base. Both Barr and Bondi @AGPamBondi, two Trump appointed AGs have now been embroiled in controversy relating to Jeffrey Epstein. There was never anything that came of Bill Barr’s “investigation” into the death of Epstein by the way… as you can imagine. Just like nothing ever came of Blondi’s promise to release the Epstein files. It’s such a bad look. They want you to forget about this and stop talking about it. Don’t let them.
