FIRST LOOK AT THE CHAPTER 7 STORMS
epic accidentally put the feature into the files early and we figured out how to get it into a replay
the storm timings and sizes arent what they are going to be
but the shapes should be similar to this where its that 7 shape that rotates randomly and and at some point turns into a circle again for endgame
but this feature allows all different kinds of storms and we might see lots of different shapes in the future
