#Empathy is the most important „skill“ you need to have in order to successfully fulfill a #leadership role. If you don‘t have it you will not be able to build and develop motivated teams and achieve greater results!
Wenn ihr Hilfe braucht, wie man gut kommuniziert, solltet ihr mal fragen. Es gibt unzählige Hotline-Angebote. Viele machen das richtig gut. Holt euch Hilfe. Das ist peinlich. Und dann erreiche ich bei euch niemanden, der mir sagen kann, um was für eine Überweisung es sich handelt
Früher habe ich mich auf die Post gefreut. Schon lange nicht mehr. Heute reichte es, einmal im Monat alles aufzumachen. Kommt noch was anderes an als Rechnungen und Werbung? #früherwarallesbesser ;-)

Ich habe in letzter Zeit beobachtet, dass viele Service-Hotlines super freundlich geworden sind. Branche egal. Hatte so nette Leute zuletzt bei der #Krankenversicherung, #Finanzamt und #Telekom. Jetzt schallt es natürlich so raus wie rein, aber trotzdem auffällig. Und ihr so?
