Today on Canada’s National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, we remember the tragic events of 1989, where 14 women lost their lives in a deliberate act of violence on a busy Montreal campus. We remember the victims, and stand together against misogyny, sexism, hate, and violence.
