What is Chainfundit? (A Simple Gist Between Friends) Tunde: Bro, I keep seeing this Chainfundit thing. Wetin be this one again? Another begging platform? Chidi: 😂 Nooo, it's not like that. Let me explain like this: You know how when someone needs money for helping orphanages, neighbours and friends, hospital bills, school fees, business support, rent, community projects, or even celebrations and they start posting everywhere asking for help? they create a post and start sending messages to people on social media and WhatsApp, begging “please help, please support”? Chainfundit is now saying: Instead of writing the same story multiple times on different platforms, just create one proper campaign. Tell your full story there, attach evidence (doctor’s report, school fees invoice, project plan, etc.), and then share just one link with your people everywhere. Tunde: What's the point? I will still need to share the link to people right? Chidi: Yes you will. But imagine this: You see the story up and down social media without a proper link. Sometimes you scroll past because you have questions. Sometimes the story on Facebook says they’ve raised ₦100k, but the WhatsApp version says ₦50k. You begin to wonder, which one is real? That confusion alone can make you sceptical. Tunde: Yes o, I cannot waste my hard earned money. Chidi: Exactly! But when you click on a Chainfundit campaign link, you see: The full consistent story Proof and documents A clear goal amount A progress bar showing exactly how much has been raised Updates from the person Comments and well wishes from other donors That kind of clarity gives you confidence to donate. Tunde: Hmm… that makes sense. Chidi: And that's not all o… 😂 Hold on first, let me pick this call. I go explain the remaining part after. This Chainfundit get more layers. To be continued… 👀

Be honest. Have you ever received help exactly when you needed it most? What happened?

🎉 WE DID IT! A few weeks ago, hundreds of girls faced a reality many of us rarely think about. Missing school simply because they couldn't afford sanitary pads. Today, thanks to the kindness of strangers, that story is changing. The Dignity for Every Girl campaign has officially reached and surpassed its target. Because people came together, more girls will have access to menstrual hygiene products, education and support. This isn't just about pads. It's about dignity. It's about confidence. It's about helping girls stay in school and pursue their dreams without unnecessary barriers. To everyone who donated, shared, encouraged others or prayed: Thank you. This victory belongs to all of us. 💚 🔁 Please repost and celebrate this win with us.

We asked people whether they would trust: A. A personal account B. A campaign with visible progress and updates Almost everyone chose B. The most common words people used were: • Trust • Transparency • Accountability • Legitimacy Maybe the challenge isn't that Nigerians don't want to help. Maybe they just want more confidence before they do.
Let's settle this. If you saw two appeals online: A. "Please send donations to my personal account." B. A campaign showing the goal, progress, updates and how donations are being used. Which one would you trust more? And why?

If your younger self could see you today, what do you think they would be most proud of? Good morning

One of the biggest myths about crowdfunding is that one rich person will come and solve everything. In reality, most successful campaigns are funded by ordinary people giving ordinary amounts. ₦500. ₦1,000. ₦5,000. A share. A repost. A recommendation. Crowdfunding works because many people do a little, not because one person does everything.

Most people underestimate the value of their contribution. If 100 people think “my ₦1,000 won’t make a difference,” a campaign loses ₦100,000. Small donations only look small when viewed alone. 💚

That is a good decision but sometimes you may have friends with pressing needs who you may be willing to trust. Do you apply the rule to them too?

Quick question. If someone asked you for ₦50,000 today: Would you rather: A. Lend it and hope they pay you back B. Donate it to someone genuinely in need C. Keep it because times are hard No wrong answers. Just curious.

Good morning. A thought: If 1,000 people each gave ₦1,000, many medical appeals in Nigeria would be fully funded within days. The problem is rarely the amount. It's getting enough people to care at the same time. Agree or disagree?

💚 CAMPAIGN SUCCESS STORY 💚 Children's Day Celebration with Orphanage Children – Successfully Completed Because of your generosity, over 200 orphanage children at Grip of Salvation Orphanage Home in Ilesa, Osun State enjoyed a memorable Children's Day celebration. The children received: 🎁 Gifts 📚 Educational materials 👕 Clothes and shoes 🍛 Food and refreshments 🎉 Games, dancing and fun activities Foodstuffs and care items were also donated to support the orphanage beyond the outreach day. One moment stood out. A child said: "This is the first time I am receiving a Children's Day gift." That is the impact of people coming together. Thank you to every donor, supporter and person who shared the campaign. Together, you created smiles, hope and lasting memories for more than 200 children. 💚
These children are often forgotten, but the Safe Child Foundation in Osun State refused to let that happen. They wanted to throw a proper Children’s Day party with food, joy, gifts, and memories for vulnerable kids. Many people thought it was impossible. “These kids won’t even understand the celebration,” some said. Instead of giving up, they created the campaign on Chainfundit and shared their mission. People from Lagos to London stepped in. Today they’ve raised ₦238k out of ₦300k. What did they do differently? They used a platform built for real transparency and global reach. Every child deserves joy not just the ones with rich parents. Tag someone who loves making kids smile. Let’s push this to target!

The quote that stayed with us was this: “This is the first time I am receiving a Children’s Day gift.” 💚 Moments like that remind us that kindness, no matter how small, can create memories that last a lifetime. 🙏

A friend asks you for ₦100,000. A complete stranger asks you for ₦100,000 to pay for life-saving treatment. Who are you more likely to help? And why? No judgement. Just curious.

Amen Good morning sir I couldn't afford my mom's house rent which was about 80k I was able to get only 30k and its still remaining 50k to balance up and she has already been told to move out of the house if she doesn't pay up so I just dropped my comment under a particular post on @AribisalaSeyi post that was how God used his post to bless me with the remaining balance of the rent . I was just wondering how God was really full of wonders cos I wasn't even expecting it. But God used them to bless me. And I'm so grateful for the huge blessing. Cos it really means a lot to me. Thank u so much to y'all who made this possible for me. I'm so sooo grateful 🙏🙏🙏

This question reminds us that every situation has context, and kindness often requires us to look beyond a simple yes or no.

Good morning. 💚 I pray today brings favour where there was delay. Peace where there is worry. Provision where there is need. And kindness where it is least expected. Before you go: What is one act of kindness someone showed you that you still remember today?

Looking through the responses so far, it’s interesting how different everyone’s answers are. Light. Cost of living. Greed. Corruption. Healthcare. It shows just how many challenges ordinary Nigerians are navigating every day. 💚
