I've seen a lot of insane shit in crypto, but the more I read about this Cardano treasury shit the more I can't believe it.
$1 million PER DAY for an event. I promise you that Cardano will gain almost nothing from a finance/crypto event.

Idea for @Cardano_CF: I'm hearing/seeing that you already paid deposits on your space for the dates and times you told us the summit would be held, this year, in Singapore, around the time of Token 2049 (Oct 5-6 iirc). Do it. Charge for booths, get sponsors, charge for tickets. Provide sufficient proof of both spend, attendance, sponsorship, and at least some outcomes... Then ask us to reimburse you the difference. If a $1M USD/day event is truly worth it, then surely you are well capitalized enough to prove it to the community and get reimbursed on the backside, just like all FEs ask people attending conferences and events on their behalf to pay for their own airfare, hotels, and lodging and get reimbursed afterwards.

After reading that the SUI stuff happened because of an "upgrade".
It makes it 1,000x more impressive that Algorand has done all of this and has had ZERO down time and ZERO failed transactions.

The things I’ve been reading about Charles and Cardano over the last few days are absolutely insane.
But beyond all that, genuinely, what’s the actual use case for Cardano (and a lot of other chains)?
I mean… look at this “scalability.”
Charles Hoskinson torched billions in ADA on a $250M Wyoming vanity clinic. Talking robots, a napatorium, space NFTs, Roman coins on the walls. Now closing. His bailout token flopped because he already burned the community. Cardano was the slow rugpull.

Charles is basically bullying people into giving him and the founding entities 10s of millions of dollars.
They either vote yes or he shuts everything down...
