In Summary to have motion, you must first pretend that you have motion, to trick your brain into thinking you have motionโ€ฆ.till motion becomes your new normal.

To have motion in 2026 you need to: ๐Ÿ. ๐—ง๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ฝ ๐˜†๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ: When you donโ€™t have a Plan B, youโ€™re forced to make Plan A work. Iโ€™ve seen many people go from grass to grace simply because they had no other option but to succeed. To trap yourself, you need forcing functions, things that push you to act: e.gย  > ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐œ๐จ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ข๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:ย  Social pressure is one of the strongest motivators. Itโ€™s tough to disappoint yourself, but itโ€™s even tougher to disappoint an entire audience you made promises to. When I started my daily journal, on days I donโ€™t have something web3 related to do, Iโ€™m forced to do it just so my journal wonโ€™t be empty. > ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐›๐ž๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ž๐ฅ ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐๐ฒ:ย  I paid for my technical analysis class long before I felt prepared. But once my money was in, I had no choice but to take it seriously and itโ€™s also why people charge token to teach you because paying an amount makes you commit to the sessions. > ๐‚๐ฎ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ: Reduce access to anything that slows you down and Increase the proximity of your tools, keep your laptop close, your notebook open, your workspace ready. > ๐†๐ข๐ฏ๐ž ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐š๐ฑ ๐š ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ž ๐ฐ๐ข๐ง๐๐จ๐ฐ. A task with a deadline gets done faster than one left open ended. If you only work on days you feel motivated, you will never have motion. Youโ€™ll keep negotiating your listโ€ฆ then your goalsโ€ฆ and eventually your dreams. Motion requires daily movement, even on the days you don't feel like it, remember slow motion is still motion. Willpower is not infinite, it runs low not having willpower doesnโ€™t mean youโ€™re lazy. Itโ€™s biology and itโ€™s emotional. So do that task and do it regardless of how you feel. Repeat that process until it becomes a system, Simple but not easyย  ๐Ÿฏ. Humans naturally avoid hard things, the brain weighs tasks emotionally before logically. A small task with high emotional friction can feel heavy. Itโ€™s why some people canโ€™t even cook a simple meal or go on their daily walk. When the starting point is ambiguous, the nervous system defaults to avoidance. So make every task clear and easy to begin, to do this you need to;ย  ๐Ÿฐ. ๐—จ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—น๐—ถ๐˜€๐˜๐˜€ To maintain motion, you need a checklist that guides you. I used to make a vague weekly schedule but since I switched to daily my work rate has bumped up a bit, because daily I have a list of things to do that brings me closer to my goals. So create that list, this list will shape your execution. Then keep that list close and visible, could be on a sticky note, on your desk, or on your wall and cross things off as you complete them. Every great person you admire didnโ€™t build their โ€œeverythingโ€ in one day. It came from weeks and months of repetition. Motivation doesnโ€™t drive repetition but repetition drives motivation. When you create a system (or become the system), you no longer need to push yourself every day. Your brain begins to *pull* you toward your list. It becomes normal, it becomes a routine, itโ€™s how Muslims pray everyday even when they are tired not because they always feel like it, but because prayer is already part of the system. The day is planned around the prayer, not the other way around.ย  In Summary to have motion, you must first pretend that you have motion, to trick your brain to thinking you have motionโ€ฆ.till motion becomes your new normal Find the process that works for you then do it consistently until motion becomes your normal state.

Here's a weird thought. If the username of everyone is removed everyone's from my timeline, I'd still recognize certain accounts instantly. Not necessarily because of what they tweet, or because of their followers count. I'd recognise them because of their PFP and this made me realised something. Attention on the internet starts with recognition and recognition starts with identity and then identity starts with the image people associate with you. That's why I think PFPs matter far more than most people admit. This is what makes $PFP pumpfun pepe stand out. Simple, yet easily recognisable. You've probably seen that it in replies, memes, discussions, spaces and countless timelines before. It doesn't even feel like it's trying to force its way into the culture.
