To maintain motion, you need a checklist that guides you. I used to make a vague weekly schedule but since I switched to daily my work rate has bumped up a bit, because daily I have a list of things to do that brings me closer to my goals.
So create that list, this list will shape your execution. Then keep that list close and visible, could be on a sticky note, on your desk, or on your wall and cross things off as you complete them.
