Tattoos on a woman above the waist and ESPECIALLY around the neck area the majority of the time mean horrible decision making, and impulse control problems. Two things that make a relationship go tits up.

my theory is that a reason these men don’t like tattoos on women is because it’s an outward sign of creative agency and self-ownership - it signals that the woman’s body is hers and no one else’s - it aesthetically undermines and rejects men’s felt entitlement to our bodies 🖤

10th Amendment:

Means state governments can declare an official language in their state.
How is this legal. We don’t even have an official language for the United States. And speaking English isn’t a requirement to drive. Just racist for no reason.
