U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema (E.D. Va.) ordered the government to stop transferring money into, paying claims out of, or processing claims submitted to the Fund. The freeze holds until she rules on the plaintiffs' motion for preliminary relief at a June 12 hearing.
