Chan at 2:00 on Wednesday. We encourage ALL athletes to attend the game. There will be NO consequences if you are not at practice on Wednesday due to attending the State Basketball Tournament. We will still hold practice for those who are not attending the game. Roll Storm!

A sports specialization study at UCLA found that 88% of NCAA Division I athletes played an average of two to three sports growing up. I spoke with a Sioux Falls athlete and trainer who have seen the direct impacts of the multi-sport experience.

We are excited to welcome Alex Spillum to our coaching staff! A 2017 Storm graduate, he was a state participant and currently holds the school record in the long jump, triple jump, and 4x200m Relay, is #2 all-time in the high jump, and is #5 all-time in the 110m High Hurdles.

Connor Heltemes & Boston Pyle represented the Storm well today at the MSHSL State Cross Country Meet. Finishing 8th (All-State) and 63rd respectively.
