What a weekend! Weather was hot and sunny on Saturday for the Run to the Sea 50k Ultra, running with a fabulous bunch of @HastingsRunners then today conditions were a bit damper for a spot of Marshalling at the @niceworkrun Hastings 5 miler ๐๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ

This is Bernie. He very much enjoyed his first ever trail run, at Combe Valley. Took 2 swims, chased some rabbits and scared off a field full of crows. 100% will take him again.

Hastings Half Marathon yesterday. The support out on the course was fantastic๐ Leg niggle started playing up after 10 miles, but managed to hobble over the line๐ฎ But a medal is a ๐
