Lilly had her leg amputated 💖💔. Sadly after we got Lilly straight to Raheny Veterinary Hospital with a broken leg from an awful situation in Limerick, it could not be saved. STATEMENT 7.10.23 DOGS ON THE STREETS have been taking a “step back” from social media recently with advice after it came to light that a group of individuals are creating such “nastiness” that is leaving DOTS & our founder at “breaking point”. These individuals who will not be named due to legal reasons had set up a private social media group and been stalking , scrutinising every post and mocking DOTS work & clients and discussing “vindictively” ways on how to bring Michelle and her charity down, the evidence we have been provided is despicable, disturbing and also intolerable to read and listen, These people claim to be animal advocates and operate and engage in many animal groups but quite frankly they are an embarrassment to the industry, and should be banned from all social media. Michelle and DOTS do not know and have never known these group of individuals nor had any affiliation with them and that this has all stemmed from the support we are providing a certain complex case & client , as we do with all our clients. But when these individuals are now sneaking and stalking around the founders family address and also the sanctuary address disclosing confidential information in the middle of the night (and videoing themselves doing so) and also voice notes on the verbal maliciousness towards Michelle and DOTS as-well as sharing these videos to others has gone way beyond the boundary now. This is the lowest of the lowest. This is a huge Breach of safety and security for DOTS, Michelle ,her family & and it is now in the hands of the police and DOTS legal team who are taking this very seriously. Michelle is absolutely devastated to be informed about all this and her priority right now is to try and stay focused on the charity and the good we do, behind the scenes for the time being , for safety reasons. All this is having a detrimental knock on DOTS also financially. We hope this won’t break the charity and work we do providing care and support and also having saved many lives both human and fur. We appreciate all your kind support giving to us but are being legally advised re: social media currently, and the safety aspect too , but please be assured our work is carrying on behind the scenes and we are very busy with cases. dogsonthestreets.org Thank you Admin 🧡

We were out visiting yesterday........ lunch out, the comfiest of beds, the finest welsh wool snuggle blanket, plenty of garden time &, perhaps my favourite of all, 3 large slices of turkey. Yes, pals, it was quite the visit 🐾😴😋
