That homer from Noelvi Marte was the furthest-hit homer by any Red this season. The only Reds to hit a homer that far since the start of the 2024 season are Elly, Hinds, CES and now Marte.

Noelvi Marte worked a three-ball count to set up that homer. They say you have to earn strikes, and Marte earned his pitch to hit there.

The Reds have lost some of their Triple-A depth this year (CES, Hinds), and there have also been call ups. The Reds add a super utility player to their Triple-A roster in Sam Haggerty. In 2025, he was a league average hitter (OPS ) in 64 big league games. He has played first, second, third and the outfield, giving the Reds versatility in Triple-A. Haggerty, who has played in 301 career big league games, was on the Rangers' Opening Day roster this year but was DFAd on June 5 after hitting .159 this season in the big leagues.

Hunter Greene will start a rehab assignment in Arizona on June 18. Johnson will throw a live BP on Monday, and Pagán will throw one on Friday.
