I've been on there case for weeks now over wrong items being delivered. The list of excuses so far are: I've had "goodwill gestures recently" - I haven't. It's apparently now in line with their policy to not refund wrong orders.

@JustEatUK have decided that despite the fact that I received someone else's order, that I am not entitled to a refund. Even though the food that was incorrectly delivered was food I couldn't eat due to allergies. And to top it off as I had someone else's order they have breached
