The first Naruto card ever made is one of the most overlooked items in anime card collecting. December 23, 2000, Jump Festa in Japan. Shueisha released a 24 card Weekly Jump set and No.14 is Naruto. Original Kishimoto manga art, almost two years before the anime existed and two years before Bandai printed any Naruto TCG card.
Collectors often point to the 2002 Jump Festa Naruto as the earliest, which sits at a PSA pop of 22. But the true first is dated to the exact day, verified by the card back itself, and has essentially zero graded population. And almost no listings anywhere.
