Facts lol I may not like what I see on the scale but I don't hate how my pants fit..
Me: (after losing a massive amount of weight) at 5’5 and weighing roughly 170 pounds.
Women carry weight differently, especially when they work out to maintain and grow muscle.
At one point I weighed 135 pounds and I looked unwell and malnourished.
I look, feel, and perform my best between 165 and 175.
I’ll never try to beat a scale, and I’ll never concern myself with BMI. I will listen to my body, focus on my health, and do what allows me to be genuinely healthy.
