Kann jemand einen Anwalt für Reiserecht in D empfehlen? Der Support von @vrbo geht auf meine Beschwerde nicht ein, sodaß ich keine Alternative sehe. Can anyone recommend a lawyer for travel law in GER ? @vrbo support is not responding adequately, so I see no alternative.

I just started my Comp and Chessbase. It has !forgotten" every single setting. Board is on default, etc etc. Is there an ini file or something that I can recover somewhere to get my settings back?

Another one from yesterday’s game. I had just played Bh6, it is Black to move. What‘s best?

The line we both missed was 1…Bxh6 2.Qxh6 Nxc4! 3.bxc4 Qa5, when White‘s knight has no good square. I would have needed to find 4.Qg5! as the only move to fight, but being slightly worse still.

Position from my league game yesterday. I played 42.c5 here, which looks normal (at least to me…). Turns out that after 42…a5 I have no win and thus my move was a grave error. 43.c6 Ke8 and my pawns are stuck. The way to win is 42.Rxh7 Rxc4 42.Rg7, winning the g-pawn.

I am updating my Desktop to Windows 11; it is currently downloading. It took a while, as my PC didn't meet the 'requirements'. To fix the issue, I had to enter stuff in the command line!! In 2024! How is Microsoft a trillion-dollar company?!

This clearly shows how amazingly incompetent @FIDE_chess is.
🚀 Exciting update! Freestyle Chess, co-founded by Magnus Carlsen and Jan Henric Buettner, has raised a game-changing $12M from Left Lane Capital. This investment will fuel their series of tournaments, each boasting a $1M prize. ♟️✨ #FreestyleChess 👉 freestyle-chess.com/news/mag…

White to play and win material!
Der letzte Zug von Schwarz, ...Txe2, war ein Fehler. Was kann Weiß jetzt spielen? Stellung aus dem 1.d4-Weißrepertoire von @ChessExplained. 🙌

Does anyone habe experience with lost luggage after flights? Mine got lost and the airline is unable to use my provided location information based on tracking my ipad in the lost suitcase. Now they offer compensation, but refuse to reimburse the ipad at all. Any thoughts?

This position could have happened in my otb game today. White to play and win. Not a simple tactic, you need to combine some ideas.

The first chess video IM Christof Sielecki uploaded, in 2011, was for his friend. Today, @ChessExplained is one of the most beloved chess content creators and Chessable authors out there. 💙 Watch him talk about his journey, ft. friend and fellow author, Michael Gorny:
