Flying with @British_Airways today paid our seats in Fe as i panic if someone reclines there seats on me gone to check to discover my seats have been changed and because I went to check in BA customer services will not help me I have to go to the airport early for them to sort.

33 years ago we went to an FA cup semi final on a sunny day and full of hope, 97 men, women and children didn't come home, many more lives were changed forever. Thinking of the families of the 97, fellow survivors and those no longer with us.
