Happy Women's History Month! This month we are highlighting two women making their mark on Chicago's food landscape: Lori "Chef Lori P" Parrett, the founder of Cakewalk Chicago and Crystal Scott-Tunstall, a council member for Kent County Food Policy Council.

In 2008, Kenya would start exploring urban farming as a tool to teach her own kids about the value of land.”
