I'm not sure we should idolize French healthcare just yet. The writer of the article mentioned he's left Paris for the safety of the countryside again. Let's see what happens with the next virus wave. Macron is talking about "decentralization" of government decisions.

The earliest item with moving parts @NewberryLibrary is a devotional manuscript (Vault Case MS 37.5, c. 1400) with a detachable volvelle bookmark. Turn the dial from Roman Numerals I-IV to specify a text column and move it up and down the string to show where you left off!
