Chicago Shakespeare Theater will host the pre-Broadway premiere of “42 Balloons,” which tells the story of “Lawnchair Larry” Walters, a real-life Vietnam veteran who took flight over Southern California in a lawn chair, lifted by 42 helium balloons.
