Attaching a Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), DA 31, or Army Combat Fitness Test (ACFT) documentation to an Absence request, or a DA 4187 to a Personnel Action Request (PAR), for example, is not required. Per SECARMY Memo Commanders and Leaders should have their personnel exclusively use IPPS-A for human resource and applicable pay actions. Please reference the SECARMY Memo: https://ipps-a.army.mil/Portals/129/Documents/SecArmy_IPPSA_Implementation_Guidance_Memo_15Mar22.pdf
