Does a sponsor have the right to ask for a student's school results? My aunt has been sponsoring her late friend's daughter through university since Part 1. The girl should be in Part 3 by now. Recently, someone showed my aunt some of the girl's online posts and suggested she might no longer be in school. Concerned, my aunt asked to see her and requested her most recent semester result. Instead of showing up, the girl disappeared and has been speaking badly about my aunt to others. Honestly, if someone is paying for your education, isn't it reasonable for them to ask for proof that you're actually in school and making progress?🀷🏽

🌞 Happy Sunday, everyone! Church service is over for many, and hearts have been refreshed by God's Word. ✍️ What is ONE thing you learned from church today that you don't want to forget this week? It could be a Bible verse, a lesson, or revelation. πŸ‘‡

Many parents carry silent regrets. Some wish they had taken education more seriously, chosen better friends, listened to wise counsel, avoided certain relationships, made better decisions when they were younger, or even chosen a different spouse. One of the deepest prayers of a parent is this: "Lord, let my children learn from my mistakes without having to suffer through them."

πŸ™ Where I wasted opportunities, my children will recognize and maximize theirs. πŸ™ My children will not mistake popularity for purpose. πŸ™ The relationship mistakes that left scars in my life will not become their story. πŸ™ Where I spent years learning lessons through pain, my children will learn them through wisdom. πŸ™ Where I made emotional choices that brought regret, my children will make thoughtful choices that bring peace. πŸ™ Where I struggled to discover my purpose, my children will find direction early. πŸ™ Where I learned the hard way, my children will learn the wise way. πŸ™ My children will not spend years repairing what wisdom could have prevented. πŸ™ The regrets that taught me lessons will become wisdom that protects my children. πŸ™ My children will benefit from the lessons that cost me tears. Amen πŸ™ "And all your children shall be taught by the Lord, and great shall be the peace of your children." β€” Isaiah 54:13

IF YOU UNDERSTAND GENERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITY, PRAY THIS:πŸ‘‡ πŸ™ Where I chose shortcuts, my children will choose wisdom. πŸ™ The voices that misled me will never be louder than the voice of wisdom in the lives of my children. πŸ™ My children will not trade their future for temporary pleasure, temporary approval, or temporary comfort. πŸ™ The cycles I struggled to break will end with me and not continue through my children. πŸ™ Where I ignored warnings, my children will pay attention. πŸ™ Where I followed the crowd, my children will have the courage to stand alone.

The most difficult child to raise is someone else’s child. I always say this.......

Can you see it? That tiny speck at the tip of the feeding bottle is an ant. If an ant can hide there, imagine the germs and microorganisms you can't see. This is one reason feeding bottles are not recommended for babies. They have small corners and crevices that are difficult to clean properly, even after washing. That's why daily cleaning and sterilization of your baby's feeding items is so important. When it comes to babies, being careful is never an exaggeration. A little extra attention can prevent a lot of problems.πŸ’

I recently met someone who told me about a sad incident that happened to his mum about four years ago. She bought a piece of land from a real estate company in early 2021, but in September 2022, she received one of the most shocking pieces of news of her life. The land she had paid for outright was later discovered to be under government acquisition. In other words, the land had already been committed to the state government. It could no longer serve the purpose for which she bought it, and if she had gone ahead to build on it, government could reclaim the land at any time. Apparently, the real estate company who sold her this land had managed to miss out on an extremely important detail in the documentation of this property before selling the land to her. That single oversight ended up costing her and a few of her colleagues who also bought into the scheme a combined loss of about ₦17M. The painful part is that the entire situation could have been avoided if they had understood the different land titles, verified the land's status independently, and knew the implications of the documents attached to the property. This is why I always tell people, even if you're buying land from a registered real estate company, don't rely solely on what you're told. Carry out your own due diligence and verify the status of the land yourself. When it comes to buying land, "dem say, dem say" can be a very expensive mistake. Sometimes we get stuck thinking about the past and wishing things were like before, or we focus too much on the future and think we’ll only be happy later. But the best way to live is to focus on the present moment. Even if life is not perfect right now, learning to accept it as it is can bring real peace and happiness.

A few years ago, I needed to buy some foodstuff for my family. I went to the market, paid for what I thought was quality rice, beans, and spices, only to get home and discover that the rice was full of stones, the beans looked old, and the spices had little aroma. That experience taught me something important: People don't just want foodstuff. They want quality they can trust. That's one of the reasons I started this business. Yes, many vendors sell rice, beans, garri, spices, and other food items. But my goal has never been to simply sell foodstuff. My goal is to make sure my customers receive products that I would confidently serve in my own home. Before any product gets to a customer, I pay attention to quality, freshness, and cleanliness. I carefully select what I sell because I understand that families are spending hard-earned money and deserve value for it. My approach is simple: Quality first, honest measurements, fair pricing and reliable delivery and service. When customers buy from me, they know they can expect foodstuff that meets a high standard, excellent customer service, and someone who genuinely cares about their satisfaction. At the end of the day, I don't want to be remembered as just another foodstuff seller. I want to be remembered as the person people trust whenever they need quality food items for their homes and businesses. And for everyone who has chosen to support my business, thank you. Your trust means everything to me. ❀️ Day 3- #TG30DayVisibility
Growing up, I noticed that one of the biggest struggles in many homes was getting quality foodstuff at the right quantity and at a fair price. Many people complained about being shortchanged when buying food items. Some paid for a full measure of rice, beans, or garri but got less than what they paid for. Others had to move from one market to another before finding quality products. I saw this as a problem that needed a solution. When I got married, my husband sat me down and we discussed about the business I can do. He suggested I run foodstuff business, it was as if he read my mind that moment. I told him that was something I wanted to venture into since childhood. Because I have always enjoyed serving people, I decided to start Accurate Measure Food Items Store( My husband coined the name and i loved it) with a simple mission: to provide quality foodstuff with honest measurements and excellent customer service. What started as a desire to help people buy food with confidence has grown into a business that supplies rice, beans, garri, groundnut oil, palm oil, pasta, seasoning, and other household food essentials through both wholesale and retail sales. Today, every sale reminds me why I started. Food is a necessity, and everyone deserves access to quality food items without worrying about being cheated or getting poor-quality products. At Accurate Measure Food Items Store, accuracy and customer satisfaction remain our watchwords. Day-2 #TG30DayVisibility

I know what it means to struggle with timing. I know what it means to wait longer than necessary for help. I know what it means to learn some lessons through pain. But I refuse for that to become my children's story. What took me years to understand, they will understand earlier. What took me years to achieve, they will achieve faster. They will not walk in delay. They will not struggle for help that should arrive on time. They will not repeat cycles that drained my strength. Where I struggled alone, help will meet them on time. Where I walked in confusion, they will walk in clarity. My life will not define their limitsβ€”it will become their foundation. Amen. πŸ™πŸ½ If this speaks to you, let it stand as a prayer over your children too.

To build a house is sweet when all the money is already available. But if you keep waiting until you have the entire amount at once, you may never build. That's not how many house owners achieved theirs. Don't be discouraged. Don't spend all your money on temporary pleasures like excessive partying, alcohol, gambling, or things that add little value to your future. That salary you think is too small might actually go a long way if you manage it wisely. Start from somewhere. First, secure your piece of land, then execute the project one stage at a time. A house isn't built in a day. If you own land in an underdeveloped location and you think it's too early to start building there, let me tell you something you may not know. πŸ‘‡πŸΎ Do you know that some of the people who own land around yours are waiting for someone to make the first move? The moment you begin construction, even if it's just the foundation, you'll inspire confidence in others to start building too. Many developing neighborhoods became what they are today because a few people took the bold step to build when everyone else was still waiting. So, instead of unknowingly becoming part of the reason an area remains undeveloped, be the person who sparks growth. Start building. Your decision may motivate others to begin their own projects as well. A few years from now, I hope you won't look back with regret, wishing you had bought a plot of land or started building when you had the opportunity. The best time to start may not be when everything is perfect. It's when you decide to stop waiting and take the first step. For any Real Estate consultation, reach out to me 🀝🏾

Truth #7: Not all risks are bad. The risk of love, starting a business, moving cities, saying "yes" to opportunity... Bad risks can break you. Good risks can build you. Ben Carson became a neurosurgeon because he risked trying. What good risk are you avoiding? #TakeTheRisk
