This week, we hosted a Gingerbread House Spectacular with the kids from our Help Us Understand Grief Program.
It was a special time filled with creativity and understanding, reminding us of the importance of coming together to support one another through the journey of grief.

What we did: processed the anger she feels since her dad died, the frustration she has with the “fight” metaphor ppl use re #cancer, while making bracelets with phrases and nicknames her dad used to say to pick her up when she needs it
