Being someone that often engages in a lot of communities... I do kinda end up missing people. ASadly adult life sometimes you just end up drifting apart from people. Especially with ADHD, its easy for me to make friends, but sometimes keeping them is hard.

A sex crime perpetrator committed suicide instead of apologizing to the victims, and now his girlfriend, the victim who demanded an apology, must pay a fine.
A man, along with his friends, illegally filmed and sexually harassed 80 women, including his girlfriend. Among the victims were minors. His girlfriend discovered this and told him, “Apologize to the victims.” He then committed suicide, and his family and his friends who participated in the sex crime with him sued her.
In the first trial, the court ruled her innocent of the crime of coercion but guilty of the crime of defamation with factual disclosure.
The prosecution judged that her continuous statements to him saying, “Apologize to the victims,” caused his fear and anxiety.
Although she had reported him to police or sought support programs and treatment information when he said, “I’m going to commit suicide,” the prosecution deemed her simultaneous caregiving while demanding an apology as “gaslighting.”
She responded, “I did not intend to harm him; I simply demanded he apologize to the victims. Judging this as gaslighting stems from the prejudiced assumption that a typical sex crime victim would not make such a claim.”
However, the situation worsened. On June 12, the second trial court ruled her guilty of both coercion and defamation with factual disclosure. So she, the sexual harassment victim, legally became a criminal and must pay a fine.

The goal is for more people in Japan to understand sexual orientation and gender identity outside of cisgender, heterosexual norms.

Carlos Merino decided to split the "best of Kaisa" with me and the other three Kaisa players present on day 2. We SHOOK HANDS, created a WhatsApp group with all of us, and decided to split the prize. At the end of the tournament, when he finished first in rating, he decided to ignore the agreement and keep the card for himself.
I'm shocked by this behavior. If he hadn't been ahead in terms of rating, the deal would have been valid and he would have gotten his share.

I really need to be mad at people that dont know individual responsibillity is still a thing. A story from one side is always false and critical thinking starts when we question people. They might be right but their angle is always what benefits them the most.

I got very lucky to go to Japan for my studies. But it was cancelled so often I missed all scholarships I could apply for. one was a gurantee on something like 2500 €. I got to go innlate 2022 but only knew spring 2022 I was going

Japan took its time opening their borders compared to other countries. I was supposed to study abroad there in 2021, it got moved online, applied again in 2022, online, until finally the country accepted more outsiders in 2023. Which is around the time 🧚♀️ decided to graduate.
