Water hit 80°, lots of bulls and lemons lately. The patent group From Kentucky were the battlers this morning. Busy day, great temps, great group. Hard to beat.
All of our sharks are pinging well, but “Knox” is on a different level pinging in daily. He just went up to Virginia, did a U-turn & is a few miles off the outer banks today. Caught this guy in Dec off Hilton Head, he’s been a good one to watch @A_WhiteShark@MA_Sharks
First tiger shark of the season, and it’s a porker. Hopefully a good sign of the summer.
Still not sure about this insta360 camera, little fuzzy but it gets everything.
Throw back to 2600lb Great White “LeeBeth” we tagged a couple yrs ago off Hilton Head. Shes still the only one to cross the gulf to the beaches of Mexico. Thanks to @A_WhiteShark for the tags and interest in our sharks. Hoping we run into her again this yr.
Great white shark we tagged a couple of days ago swimming off right as we popped the hook. You can see the seal scratches on his face from one he probably surprised last summer. Naming this guy Aftco for the great support through the yrs. He’s already pinging away off SC.
Went 2 for 2 on great whites yesterday. Finally some nice weather and put a great plan together. The 2nd one went full airborne, was insane. We got both satellite tagged and fed. Thanks to the @A_WhiteShark for the tags and interest in our sharks! More pics after I run my dog
Great White Shark “Knox” pinging a lot the last couple of days off Myrtle Beach. We caught this guy off Hilton Head Dec 4, & I think he’s the only shark we’ve tagged that stayed off SC the whole winter. I don’t blame him.
Many thanks to the @A_WhiteShark for sending the tags.
Lots of hanging around the dock lately as the wind refuses to lighten up. This might be the toughest winter I’ve ever seen in trying to get out.
But it could be worse, thoughts are with the Northeastern part of the US that lost power and is under 2 feet of snow.
What we are dealing with here is a perfect engine. An eating machine. Now all this machine does is swim, and eat, and make little sharks, and that’s all.
