This is the way the NHL should hand out the Stanley Cup every year. Instead of the stupid one at a time half loop everyone takes, they should let it be organic. The team mobbing Mario and the Cup, Mario emerging from the mob, and the mob following reaching out for their turn with the Cup is 1,000 times better than what the NHL has done for the last 20 years.

Jim Johnston should be in the WWE Hall of Fame for this theme. Imagine 80’s and 90’s WWF without him.

Just watch the finish of this match when Hollywood Hogan, Eric Bischoff, and the rest of the nWo storm the ring and realize that as fans, we lived like kings in 1997.

It's kind of crazy how at this time in the universe, Darth Vader is at his prime. Not the same as when we saw him in the originals.

Classic NBC footage, announcers and graphics form the end of Super Bowl XIII with the great Jack Fleming on the radio call, Dick Enberg leading into the postgame coverage, and incredible locker room footage! #Steelers

On this date in 1959, Harvey Haddix retired the first 36 Braves he faced in Milwaukee, carrying a perfect game into the 13th inning ... An error ended the perfect game, a Joe Adcock double ended the no-hitter, and Harvey Haddix somehow ended the day with a loss. Final line for Haddix: 12.2 IP | 1 H | 0 ER | 8 K And somehow ... a loss 🤯

KBL was just the best. Sort of defined my childhood. When I think of hockey, I think of it in this way. Grainy, badass opening intro, and Lange/Steiggy/Savran.
35 years ago today... #Pens win Stanley Cup #1, May 25, 1991. Did you ever think you'd see those 5 words at the bottom of the screen?
