And you tell me to learn how to read data, but are defending a study that was set up with a Primary Endpoint. This is the PRIMARY measure they are looking to report. Studies DO NOT omit the Primary Endpoint; they omitted here because it showed the opposite of their narrative.

@DisneyPlus I opened my account with your team on the phone with a gift card in December. I had to provide a CC as a backup. After a few months I realized I was getting charged monthly on my CC. I called and they said the Gift Card was not added correctly (1/2)

I have now try to add the gift card 5 times with your team over the last 4 months and am told "It is a known issue" and it will not add to my account. This is HORRENDOUS customer service I have not been able to add the Gift Card and your team has zero solution.

@beatsbydre I have worn my Solo3 Headphones 7 times (only on flights) and the ear cushions are falling apart into black specks. I called customer service and their ONLY option was for me to send in for a discounted return price of $145. MORE expensive than buying new!!!

@Google I was excited to order my Pixel Watch in August. The expensive watch immediately had problems. Although, I purchased BRAND NEW, I was forced to receive a refurbished watch. I am now on my 4TH refurbished watch in 5months and have been told I have zero options.

Is it customary for your Pixel Watch to malfunction every 2-3weeks and a junk refurbished sent? This is the WORST customer service I have ever received in my life. I spent A LOT of money to receive a terrible product that still does not work after FOUR replacements. @Google

@Xfinity my Home Security Services were cancelled due to "Human Error" form your team. Accidents happen. But- I am told my bill will be higher for LESS because I was in a Grandfathered plan that I can no longer go back into. I am paying MORE for LESS because of your human error.

I contacted @Chewy last week to see if I could return an unopened bag of my dog’s food after he died. They 1) gave me a full refund, 2) told me to donate the food to the shelter, and 3) had flowers delivered today with the gift note signed by the person I talked to?? 😭🥹
