Hot take (which should NOT be): Zack Werenski is a top TWO defenseman in the NHL. The reason he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves is because he plays in Columbus. Columbus doesn’t get the recognition it deserves because you’ve never been there. It’s awesome.

I had the esteemed pleasure of meeting @Scott Kolins today. That guy is very talented and has drawn some of my favorite stories. Additionally, he’s a great human being. I’m very thankful he came to Toledo.I’m also very grateful he shared some of his brilliance with me.

Ok, ok. Hear me out. I… am NOT an NHL GM. When players come to the Capitals I have trouble being objective and finding ANY faults in their game. Mantha? I have loved him like family since they traded for him. Dowd? He’s the best 4th liner to EVER play. (Thread part 1)
