Author of the month: William Shakespeare! The great English poet, dramatist and playwright, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language. Our Reading Trunk is making its way around school.
Last week, some of the children from Year 4 visited Bourn View Care Home. They took part in art and craft activities with the residents. They had a wonderful time! We can't wait to visit them again very soon!
Whoever believes and is baptised will be saved… (Mark 16:16)
Easter is one of the most important Christian festivals. It celebrates Jesus rising from the dead and ascending to Heaven. Jesus’ resurrection symbolises the eternal life that is granted to all who believe in him.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. (Proverbs 3:5)
Throughout our lives we come across challenges and obstacles that seem difficult or even impossible and the only way to overcome them is to trust those around us.
For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly father will also forgive you. (Matthew 6:14)
Forgiveness and reconciliation are important as they help us to move on from problems.
It can be difficult to forgive those who hurt us but God helps us to do this.
