I am SO sick of hearing this Indian woman Driti Avri WHINING about the problems of H1-B workers HERE IN THE US. BUT the entire issue would be a moot point of these H1B workers simply looked for their Jobs IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY. That is where the responsibility lies. Why dont you get your jobs in India. NOT THE USA. It is not the USA's responsibility to give H1-B workers jobs. Now a technology change makes these jobs uch less necessary. They were hired BECAUSE THEY WERE NECESSARY. But that has changed. Now they are NOT. Now they have to find their jobs in India. Deal with it! You are not Uniquely Talented. That was a big lie. I was asked to help with Job Ads that I was told upfront were FAKE They weren't REALLY looking for some US person to take the job listed in the AD. That was just for some legal requirement form . So they could take a scrrenshot of it AND THEN claim they were "looking for US workers" on some form. When they really had already decided on some worker in India. IT WAS A SHAM. Do you understand? Also lets understand that the 1990s were the Dot Com ERA. a decade of massive and insane out of control Scams and scammers here in the USA are ARGUABLY to blame for the situation with Indian H1-Bs at the time too. Watch Loy Machado's "Coffeezilla" video on YouTube to see how it worked. He used to work for a Pakistani firm that specialized in selling Fake degrees to Indian people (who had money) and entire families would all have them. This was the norm 25-30 years ago! No laws were in effect and this was a huge and unstoppable problem. No doubt many people who came to the US back then had fake diplomas and could still be here probably they are US citizens now but their original situation was they had fake credentials a long time ago. What to do? Its not an esy situatio to work out. They probably will get a blanket amnesty because it will just be too ugly to dredge these cases up.
