(ولكن لأنها طائرة مدنية في الأساس، وكانت تصنف على أنها سلاح سري، وبسبب إمكانية تحليقها في الممرات الجوية المدنية، استوجب تشغيل وتنفيذ المهام بهذه الطائرة ليلاً فقط) كي لا يتم الكشف عن هويتها، وهذا ما أبقاها مجهولة حتى عام 1991. 🔹يوم الحادث وتاريخ تنفيذ الواجب - الاحد 17 أيار 1987 أقلعت (سوزانا Suzanna) ليلاً من قاعدة القيارة في الموصل، متوجهةً نحو الخليج العربي في دورية قتالية روتينية تعرف بـ "ابحث ودمر" (Search And Destroy). لم يكن هناك هدف محدد على مياه الخليج، بل كانت مهمتهم بعد الإقلاع من قاعدة القيارة هي الدوران والانخفاض إلى مستوى الهبوط قرب جبل سنام في الجنوب (الحدود العراقية الكويتية)، كي يقوموا بمخادعة الرادارات الإيرانية بإيهامهم بأن الطائرة قد هبطت؛ في حين تستمر الطائرة بالطيران بارتفاع منخفض جداً فوق الزبير وأم قصر حتى جزيرة بوبيان الكويتية، ومن ثم ترتفع وتدخل الخط الملاحي الجوي المدني، وهنا تبدو للرادارات الإيرانية على أنها طائرة تجارية قد أقلعت للتو من دولة الكويت.. استمرت الطائرة بالتحليق باتجاه المياه الإقليمية لدولتي البحرين وقطر، حيث يتم الدوران هناك والتوجه نحو جزيرتي سِـري (Sirri) ولافان (Lawan) الإيرانيتين، اللتين بدأ الإيرانيون باستخدامها لتصدير نفطهم بعد أن هربوا من جزيرة خارج. بدأ طاقم الطائرة بتشغيل منظومة الكشف الراداري للبحث عن أي هدف بحري قرب هذه الجزر، وبعد لحظات ظهر هدف متوسط الحجم في (المنطقة المحرمة المعلن عنها سابقاً بالإحداثيات E/N)، والأسطول الأمريكي لديه علم بهذه المنطقة المحرمة. حاول طاقم الطائرة تمييز الهدف فيما إذا كان معادياً أو صديقاً، لكن لم تكن هناك أي إشارة تصدر من الفرقاطة الأمريكية، حيث كانت أجهزة الإنذار مغلقة فيها (وهذا ما أثبته التحقيق لاحقاً)! وهنا ظلت الطائرة مستمرة بالتحليق والاقتراب من المنطقة المحرمة (منطقة الخطر)، ومع ذلك لم يكن بالإمكان متابعة أو تمييز الهدف بصرياً؛ لأن الظلام فوق الخليج حالك، ولا يمكن رؤية أو تمييز أي شيء بصرياً. وهنا بدأ الوقت يداهم الطاقم، لذلك قرروا فتح مفتاح التسليح الرئيسي (Master Arm Switch) وأطلقوا صاروخ الإكسوسيت الأول، والذي يفسر سبب عدم انفجاره إلى أنه لم يكن هناك وقت كافٍ لإحمائه. لكن بعد ذلك، أصبح الصاروخ الثاني جاهزاً تماماً للإطلاق، وهنا تسبب في انفجار ودمار للفرقاطة الأمريكية، مخلفاً العديد من الضحايا. بعد ذلك عادت الطائرة من الواجب وهبطت وكان كل الظن بأنهم قد عالجوا هدفاً إيرانياً معادياً، لكن في صباح اليوم التالي نزلت الأخبار كالصاعقة بأن الهدف كان صديقاً، وهو فرقاطة أمريكية (يو إس إس ستارك)! بعد هذه الحادثة، توقفت سوزانا عن تنفيذ الواجبات القتالية، وتم استخدامها لغرض تدريب الطيارين الجدد على واجبات الاستطلاع واستخدام صواريخ الإكسوسيت في قاعدة القيارة الجوية. 🔹أثبت التحقيق لاحقاً بين الجانبين الأمريكي والعراقي بأن الخطأ كان بسبب قائد الفرقاطة الأمريكي (برينديل)؛ نظراً لإغلاقه أنظمة التعريف والإنذار، مما أدى إلى هذه النتيجة، وهذا ما أثبته التحقيق وأحيل على التقاعد بعدها. ▫️لم يكن هناك اي مخطط مسبق لهذا الهدف, لكن الفرقاطة كانت في منطقة التحريم المعلن عنها مسبقا بالاحداثيات (N/E ). ▫️لم يعترف العراق بالخطأ لان الفرقاطة كانت تبحر في منطقة التحريم المعلن عنها مسبقا, لكن العلاقات العراقية الامريكية كانت في عصرها الذهبي لذلك قرر العراق بتقديم تعويض لاسر الضحايا البالغ عددهم 37 . ▫️اسم الطائرة بالمخاطبات مع فرنسا هو ( سوزانا) لكن اسم الطائرة بالوثائق للقوة الجوية العراقية هو ( اليرموك). ▫️تم تركيب رادار طائرة الميراج ف1 (سيرانو 4) مع 2 صاروخ اكزوسيت كذلك كانت مهيئة لحمل الحاويات الاستطلاعية. هذه حقيقة ما جرى يوم الاحد 17 أيار 1987 الفرقاطة الأمريكية (يو إس إس ستارك USS Stark ) #USSStark #Exocet #القوة_الجوية_العراقية
